The real formula for habits that last

A hands-on masterclass and workshop: find what drains you, build one habit that fuels you, and plan for the days it wobbles.

For women who are brilliant at starting new habits, and a little less brilliant at keeping them.

You'll leave knowing exactly which habit you're building, how to put it in place and how to make it stick. The doing is up to you, but you'll know exactly how.

Sound familiar?

You start strong. New routine, new plan, full of good intentions... and a couple of weeks later life gets busy and the habit just falls away.

It's not that you can't do it. Most of the time the habit was never planned for real life.

This workshop is about fixing that, properly.

What we'll do together

battery

Your energy inventory

Look at what drains your energy on a regular basis, and what gives it back.

One habit that matters

Pick one habit that either fixes something draining you or boosts something that gives you energy.

How habits last

Real frameworks and proven ways to make habits stick, plus the mindset and self-talk that keep you going.

Your plan, and your plan B

Plan your habit properly, with a contingency plan for the days it wobbles.

What's waiting for you

We'll be in my lounge, on a big pink corner couch and two cosy white seats, with a round table in the middle and a pot of tea on it.

It's a real workshop, so there's a workbook and a few exercises, and there's still plenty of time to chat.

Full disclosure: the photos below aren't my actual lounge. Mine has the same colours and is just as calming, and I promise the tea is real.

What's included

  • 3 hours in my lounge in Brinsmead, 11.30am to 2.30pm
  • Your own habit plan to take home: the habit, how to put it in place, and your plan B
  • A workbook and hands-on exercises
  • Access to resources
  • A complimentary 30-minute coaching chat with me
  • Time to chat and connect with other women

You'll love this if...

You're great at starting things. The new habit, the new routine, the fresh Monday... and then it slips.

You value growth, self-leadership and learning, and you'd rather build one habit that lasts than ten that don't.

Like me, you don't think you have all the answers, and you enjoy sharing what works and hearing what works for others.

What it's not

It's not a lecture where you sit and listen for three hours. You'll be doing the work, so bring a pen.

It's also not a business networking event. You're welcome to tell everyone what you do over a cuppa, but we're here to talk about you, not to sell to each other.

It's relaxed, genuine and evidence-informed, and there will be a few laughs.

[...] a great opportunity to slow down, reflect and answer some of the hard questions about ourselves we tend to avoid. I left the group sessions feeling joyful and connected.

Oh my gosh, there was such connection in that room this morning. I'm blown away by the feeling of trust, connection and vulnerability you helped bring to the surface.
