🌿 Thursday 5 November · Brinsmead · only 7 spots

Don't crawl to the finish line this year. Finish strong and calm.

An afternoon at my home in Brinsmead for women who run their own business.

I'll show you how to tell when you, or someone you care about, is on the path to burnout, and what you can do about it every day. Then we chat, connect and you get to pick my brain.

Burnout is predictable and preventable

End of the year does something to us, right? Everyone wants everything done before Christmas and you're running on coffee and good intentions.

When we feel overwhelmed, most of us push harder and work longer. That's the wrong way, and it's exactly how good people end up burnt out.

The thing is, burnout shows up with signs well before you hit the wall. You just need to know what to look for.

  • Your to-do list grows faster than you can tick it off
  • You're tired even after a weekend off
  • You're snappier with the people you love
  • You keep promising yourself you'll rest in January

What we'll cover on the day

Spot the signs early

How to tell when you, or someone in your team, is heading towards burnout. Long before it turns into exhaustion.

Small daily changes

Simple things you can do every day to protect your energy. Small changes matter because they create a ripple effect.

Support your team

If you have employees, you'll be able to share what you learn and support them when you notice the signs.

What's included

  • 3 hours at my home in Brinsmead, 12pm to 3pm
  • Light refreshments
  • Your own workbook to take home
  • Access to extra handouts after the day
  • A complimentary 30-minute coaching chat with me
  • Time to chat and connect with other women in business

You'll love this if...

You value growth, self-leadership and always learning. You respect people for who they are.

And like me, you know you don't have all the answers, but you love sharing what works and hearing what works for others.

Maybe you don't want to burn out. Maybe you look after very busy people and you're a bit worried about one of them. Either way, there's a seat for you.

What it's not

It's not a neuroscience lecture. You won't be sitting in rows taking notes while I talk at you for three hours.

It's also not a business networking event, so leave the business cards in the car. We're here to talk about you, not to sell to each other. Of course you can tell everyone what you do over a cuppa, I just won't be handing you a microphone.

It's relaxed, genuine and there will be laughs.
